Overview:
Paynetic is an AI-powered financial platform designed to manage and execute global contractor payouts through automated invoice parsing and one-click bulk approvals. It enables finance teams to scale across 80+ countries while utilizing anomaly detection to achieve 99% transaction accuracy and 90% faster processing.
Impact:
Cut payout time by 90% via AI bulk approvals and automated invoice parsing.
Scaled coverage to 80+ countries with an AI-driven global currency interface.
Attained 99% accuracy using AI anomaly detection to flag financial risks.
Problems:
Finance managers struggled with slow, high-friction processes while trying to coordinate payments for a growing global contractor workforce.

Research:
I conducted a high-velocity competitive audit, synthesizing design patterns from industry leaders like Deel, Stripe, and Aboard to establish a framework for global financial trust.

Feature Identification:
After analyzing established platforms like Deel and Stripe, I prioritized four core features to solve user friction and build trust within Paynetic.

Wireframing:
I created low-fidelity wireframes to ensure that all prioritized features were seamlessly integrated into a cohesive user journey.
I translated the wireframes into high-fidelity designs, applying a refined visual system to ensure the final product felt professional and secure.
Development:
I used Cursor AI to transform high-fidelity designs into a functional Next.js prototype for the client's Proof of Concept. By deploying on Vercel, I converted design logic into a scalable tool capable of managing financial data and global contractors.
