OVERVIEW

At PwC India, I worked on cross-functional UX projects spanning enterprise software and retail environments. For healthcare and FMCG clients, I designed user-centric solutions on platforms like Power BI and SharePoint, ensuring compliance with standards like HIPAA. In parallel, I led UX audits for retail stores, analyzing in-store behavior and online feedback to craft strategies aimed at improving customer engagement and footfall.

Project 1: Retail Experience Optimization through UX Auditing

  • Conducted on-site UX audits at large retail and grocery stores to assess user behavior, store layout, and digital engagement touchpoints.

  • Devised a UX strategy prototype (POC) to enhance in-store navigation and visual merchandising—aimed at improving dwell time and increasing foot traffic.

  • Analyzed user complaints and online review patterns to identify key pain points and conversion barriers, feeding insights into an actionable experience improvement roadmap.

  • Synthesized competitive insights and behavioral observations into data-backed recommendations, aligning business goals with user retention strategies.

Project 2: Enterprise UX Redesign for Healthcare and FMCG Clients

  • Collaborated directly with clients to capture business requirements and translate them into intuitive, user-centric interfaces—earning a perfect 10/10 satisfaction score from a leading FMCG brand.

  • Led end-to-end UX processes including usability testing, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping, driving adoption across healthcare and government stakeholders.

  • Navigated complex compliance environments (e.g., HIPAA) to deliver secure and accessible solutions tailored to internal government healthcare users.

REFLECTIONS

At PwC, I honed the ability to balance enterprise-level complexity with user-first thinking. Navigating both regulated healthcare systems and fast-paced retail innovation, I learned to adapt UX practices to suit divergent audiences—ranging from compliance-driven stakeholders to everyday shoppers. My work consistently aligned user needs with measurable business outcomes, preparing me for high-impact roles in globally scaled teams.
